Learn to meditate in Person

Soelae offers private meditation courses and consultations for individuals around the world. These sessions can be conducted in person or via Skype.
Soelae's teachings take a holistic approach. As a meditation teacher and wellness coach, she will work with you on a personal level to create a meditation technique that's best suited to your desired goals and lifestyle.

The key to developing a successful meditation practice is finding the right fit for you. Depending on your stage of life, personality type and individual goals, Soelae will teach you a meditation practice that is tailor-made for you.

Learn to meditate with Soelae over four private one-hour sessions. At the end of these four sessions you will have learned all of the tools and information you need to make meditation a regular and powerful part of your daily life.

 

Each session includes a discussion explaining the meditation, a meditation practice and time to discuss how to integrate the meditation into your daily routine. At the end of the program you will be a self-sufficient meditator and will be able to take your meditation practice with you anywhere you go.
