Guided Anapana Meditation with Soelae

To practice anapana breathing, sit upright and unsupported by the chair. You should be fully supported by the muscles of the body if possible. Rest your hands in your lap, relax the shoulders, and close the eyes. Begin by following the breath coming in and going out of the nostrils. If your mind wanders to thought, sensation or sound, notice it without judgement, allow it to pass, and gently return the attention to the breath.
