This four-week online meditation course will help you understand what meditation is, how to interpret it in the modern world and how to make it work for you and your lifestyle.
At the end of the program you will be a self-sufficient meditator and will be able to take your meditation practice with you anywhere you go.

Each week you will be introduced to a different meditation practice. The session will start with a seminar about the meditation practice, followed by a live, guided meditation and finishing with any questions you may have.
